MD Turbines offers a range of services designed to facilitate all your turbine engine disassembly needs.
Our A&P accredited team has the capability of disassembling the following turbine engines and gearboxes:
GE90 Trent 800
We have an MD Turbines Logistics division that is equipped with it’s own experienced drivers, a fleet of flat bed trucks and box truck for the sole purpose of transporting turbine engines and parts to and from our clients as needed.
In order to ensure the reliability of your turbine engine parts, we thoroughly inspect your engines for signs of FOD, wear, thermal, or mechanical damage with the expertise of our Borescope inspector who has over 20 years of experience.
We also offer turbine engine preservation. Our team maintains the quality and condition of our client’s turbine engines by carefully shrink wrapping all engines.
After careful engine disassembly all parts are clearly tagged and thoroughly documented. A manifest is created for every engine that includes all tagged parts for our clients to quickly and easily reference.
MD Turbines securely bubble-wraps each disassembled part to ensure no damage occurs during shipment back to our clients. As secure shipment is a high priority for us, we use certified heat-treated boxes that are clearly labeled with dimensions, weight, and box numbers. For our client’s convenience, we can also ship anywhere in the world.
